Would applying to kings medicine be too risky?

I am a resit applicant original grades BCC, in biology chemistry and maths.
I am aware kings favours non resit applicants more favourably.
New predicted:
3 A*s
Epq A* achieved
Arabic A* achieved
GCSEs:
6 grade 9s, 3 grade 8s, 3 grade 7s
Ucat (should’ve done better but messed up qr sadly)
2070 band 2
I am contextual you could say:
Young carer,
Free school meals
Low income
Bursary
Idk if the school im resitting at/ doing some lessons in counts too because I’m not linking the school to my ucas.
Any help would be appreciated

Hiya,
I'm in a similar boat to you with resits,I have 1 risky I think and the rest I've played relatively safe so I'd recommend you do the same since I believe kings is quite popular?
