5 A levels

I want to take Chemistry OCR B as a fifth a level, but the issue I have is that I can't get the practical work signed off if I'm studying it privately. What can I do?

Look at the entry requirements for courses of interest if you plan to go to uni and see if they require a pass in all practical endorsements. Email some unis of interest and ask this question if youre still unclear. If you dont have uni in mind yet then you could risk limiting your options or having to contact them about this. You could sit that AS level, that doesn’t require the endorsement and theres no point doing 5 a levels anyway really.

I'm not planning on doing it as a flex or for uni, I'm planning on doing it because I'm genuinely interested in the course. I just want to have the qualification once I'm done so I have motivation to work towards doing well.

That makes sense but some unis state in their entry requirements that you have to have a pass in the practical endorsement for any science a levels sat. Just a heads up 🙂

Ohhh, I see what you're getting at, thanks. I'll check the requirements but in the meantime I may be able to get practical endorsements regardless.
