Kent One Card
I'm a bit worried. I completely missed the welcome week to collect my Kent One card and, after looking on the university website, still a bit unsure on where I need to go to collect my card. Could anyone help?

Hi, you get it from Templeman Library. If you go in the main entrance and turn right you'll be in the Nexus, they will be able to point you in the right direction to where you can pick it up. Hope that helps!

As Reilyn has said, you can collect your student ID card from The Arrivals Hub, which is located in the Templeman Library, a few steps away from nexus. Please allow 48 hours between receiving your registration confirmation email and going to collect your ID card.
If you are from Medway Campus let us know as you will collect your ID from a different place at Medway.
