Cambridge uni - natural science degree- best college?

My daughter is applying to do Natural Sciences at Cambridge.
I was wondering if anyone could give me their thoughts please on the best colleges?
We have looked at Emmaneul, Pembroke, Downing and Christ's.
Would love to hear your thoughts on good colleges close to the science faculties.
I think she wants somewhere that isn't too small/ or too quiet with some social life and nice accommodation.
We looked at Corpus too but found it a bit too small.
Any thoughts?

These are all nice Colleges but as Cambridge is small being a 2 min walk from your lectures and practicals is not going to make much difference.
The central Colleges are mostly all within a 5-10 min walk of Downing Site for Biology courses. Also remember many Colleges may have you in more outlying accommodation from 2nd year onwards anyway.
Personally I like a bit of separation between College and Department. Pembroke and Christs are very popular with NatScis, but you might consider Cats, Clare, Queens, Kings, Trinity Hall too.
I’ve just done an open day with my Son and he found it useful. It was amazing how after a few mins he’d be able to go “yes” or “no” based on some vibe he picked up.
