PLZ HELP - prescription (optometry)

Hi, I hope you guys are well. I have a question. My cousin who’s 15 got this prescription and wears bifocals:

RE: sph: 0.00 cyl: 0.00 axis: -
LE: sph: 0.00 cyl: 0.00 axis: -

Reading Add: +1.50 R+L

What form of prescription is this. For example is it aspheric, toric, meniscus etc. I’m not sure, so was hoping you wonderful people would help

None of the above... It is bifocal prescription...
Aspheric and meniscus are lens designs and not prescriptions. A doctor can recommend a certain design but this is not the case.
If you want to order glasses there is a lot of information missing.
