Cambridge SU shadowing scheme

Hi!
I was wondering if anyone else has applied to this? Is this worth it for someone who wants to do medicine at Cambridge ? I don’t fit most criteria since both my parents have degrees and I am not eligible for school meals but I am on track to get A*AA at least. So I was thinking of applying I wasn’t sure if I’ll get in and if it’s even useful for someone who wants to study med at Cambridge?
If you have any insights to share I’d appreciate it.
