I'm looking for someone to take over my tenancy in Leicester.
I have the single smaller ensuite in Applegate which is very close to DMU campus and a 25 minute walk to UOL.
It is very close to city centre.
It is £125 a week.
Applegate also have a gym facility
You wont have to pay the deposit as I have paid it already.
