Please teach me how to study

I just started A-levels, but the lessons are too easy and laid back and I really don't like it. I came from the best secondary school in city, we were very exam heavy, strict, disciplined, etc. but the sixth form I attend now is rowdy, children are always talking in class, and the classes are mixed ability, so the level of difficulty is too low.

A levels are very hard, as you are competing now on an international level, and the content we study is much more complex and in depth.

I need to take my A-levels into my own hand, but I've never done such a thing before. How can I structure my study sessions to incorporate everything I need to secure grade As and A*s?

Hi @shameless! ⚝⋆。 I know it can be so hard to develop a plan on how to study and organize study sessions, well done for asking for support on doing that. I made a blog talking about how to organize academic sessions it is more specific to university but can still be applied to A-levels : Overcoming procrastination - The Student Room. In addition also seek support from academic teachers on what you need to improve in and how to move forward in doing so.
