If i do two more a levels next year, could i get into HSPS cambridge?

I am currently predicted A* A B, in history econ and maths, and i am on track to achieve these in august. However, my only unis that I can apply to within these grades that I want to go to are LSE for social policy and Kings for HPE. If i get rejected from these, I intend to go to college next year to do a fast track course in A levels in Politics and English. If i were to achieve A* in these, making my overall a level subject profile A* A* A* A B, should I apply to Cambridge for HSPS? Or will they not consider my application due to the two different exam entry years
To be honest, I think it's unlikely they'd consider you.

"Most applicants study 3 to 4 A level subjects and our offers are usually based on 3 A levels taken together in Year 13."

Reading their guidance I think the only exceptions would be if you had some mitigating circumstances which they might take into account.
