Help with photoshoots

hi so currently in photography ive been getting Cs in my project and wondering how to link ideas together my concept is the impact of life on the human figure and im focusing on strength VS fragility and wondering what editing techniques I could use for my shoots and how to link all these different techniques together

Keep it simple and consistent. Use the same model, background, and framing, then show strength vs fragility through pose, light, and contrast. Edit strength shots sharper and higher contrast, fragility shots softer with less contrast or slight grain. Examiners want clear links, not lots of effects.
By the way, for what is this project? are you a freelancer? For example I rent a studio from Locations Direct, with so much light and spacious vibe, which led me to do less photoshop editing.
