Student finance

Hiya I was wondering if anyone is having this issue, I am a 2nd year student. So my student finance portal says payment date was 15th September, I understand it can be later as I was paid a week late last year same as my cohort. However it's now October and we started 2nd year two weeks ago, no enrollment email exam boards still haven't met. So university cannot confirm our attendance but I am attending 2nd year? I have been for the last two weeks. It's the same for the whole cohort, surely it shouldn't take this long? I've spoken with uni, lectures etc and keep being told oh it'll be this date then it changes and changes. I'm just getting frustrated and I have bills, travel etc to pay genuinely do not know what to do at this point. 😕

Hi there, payments can only be released once the university has submitted the Confirmation of Registration to SFE when a student has started their course year, it may be that we are still awaiting this from the university for to allow the release.
When you check the payment status in your online account, what is the status advised? Stephen
