I'm never sick but

My throat is always all husky like I have a cold, and my nose is always running and sniffy and whatever. But I don't actually have a cold; this is kinda permanent, but like a semi-cold. I'm not sneezing or coughing, I just have a constant runny nose and filled up throat.
I don't think I'm sick so I dunno how the hell to stop being like this; I'm not sick but constantly semi-sick?
Uptake vitamin C?

:santa2::santa2::santa2::santa2: I never thought of that. Would make sense though, it always seems worse in the morning.

I get a mini-cold every morning for about an hour, anyone else get that?

yeah same, i've had a sore throat, stuffed nose for the past ten years, daily. I can't bleeding taste or smell. Doctors don't care

I suggest the permanent addition of a scarf around your neck.
Did wonders for my now-not-so-permanent cold.

well when i went to a GP about my sore throat and stuffed nose (that I've had for ten years) and that it gets worse going into places like supermarkerts he said it's most definitely not an allergy, because that's not what happens in an allergy then did nothing to help me cause he said he wouldn't refer me until i came in with tonsilitis even though it's never my tonsils that hurt

Most of the dust mite allergies happen at night

Are seriously calling the doctor a retard, without knowing the specifics of the case?

yes. most doctors are idiots who dont know what they are talking about. how can anybody known everything about every problem that somebody can have? they cant.

hes refusing to refer somebody with an obvious problem to an expert? idiot.

After 5/6 years of medicine, and then 2 years foundation course?!

My god man, your profile says you're at imperial. You should know better then to make such ridiculous statements.
