A level F Maths vs Chemistry vs History

I am in y12 and will apply to uni as an engineering student or econ. My current A level subjects are Maths, Further Maths, Physics, Chemistry and Economics (4 subjects are compulsory at my school). As evident, my profile is stem heavy. Will it affect my chances of getting into a top uni especially for econ as US unis emphasize on a well rounded app and writing prowess. Should I take an essay subject too? If yes, should I substitute it with f maths( I'm not naturally inclined to Maths tho I believe I can get an A* if I put In a lot of work) or Chemistry? Also as an essay based subject which would be best? Eng lt, history or Politics? Kindly help.

Top US uni, specifically? For that, your ECs will be extremely important - 4 A*s in any subject combination would be far from sufficient.

Because engineering is a possible outcome for you, I would try to keep FMath. Keep in mind that econ is an essay subject as it is, and UK unis (where you're likely to end up) don't require econ for economics.
