The assessment isnt due till 5th Nov so im planning on doing it around the 16th Oct so I can get some practice in but theyre stressing me out with these reminder emails every 2 days 😭

Fr it’s annoying. They keep telling me how competitive it is, i already knoww man 😭 stop stressing me

I m still deciding between regions, wanted London but cut-off is too high 🥲

I just got mine done but 100% think I could have done better. The emails stressed me out

How was it? Did it take long? Was it general numerical tests? And were they timed

Not fine for me, I really need to make sure I pass this test 😭 still not over a rejection email I got yesterday, after I thought I did a decent job too 😂

Hi guys, has anyone completed the first online assessment? I thought i'd find it fine but actually found it pretty challenging!!

Most of my feedback was "Good potential with room for improvement" - hoping it's enough to pass this stage but not too optimistic ☹️

Completed it on Wednesday but still haven’t heard anything from them 😭

I have just done mine and got an instant feedback report. First two pillars said room for improvement but the last two (Creative Force and Determination) said showed significant strengths so that seems positive. Applied for GM (back up HR) in Yorkshire area. Hope to hear soon.

does anyone know how selective they are at this point because im afraid i performed too mediocre especially in the sjt and the wait for any updates is dreadful

Done with the test and been invited for stage 2! Anyone have given this yet? What questions can I expect for the video responses?
