Will oxford let me in next year

if i get A* A B in my a levels this year, take a year out to do fast track 2 a levels and do better in those 2, and then apply to oxbridge will they consider me?

for reference i picked maths thinking i wanted to work in finance, which was a mistake and i know i could perform better in another subject more related to the degree now want to do

Look at the college website, some insist you sit all alevels in one go first time round, some let you resit. I don't know how many would allow you to take them in seperate years.

As a general rule, Oxford prefers you to take all A levels in the same year. Maths gets about 8-9 applications per place, making it a highly competitive subject. Although they don't specify it as a required subject about 95% of the people they select have further maths A level, in addition to maths.

What degree do you want to do?

What A-levels are you currently doing, and what grades are you getting in them right now/predicted in them now?

Are you in year 12 or year 13? I assume year 13 but it's not altogether clear.
