Hi, are these GCSE grades good enough for Oxbridge? (if i get 4 x A*s at alevel as well (bio,chem,math and EPQ)

I know an EPQ is not an alevel. But it is an extra grade so I could say that I got x4 A stars

No you can't ... and Oxbridge won't view it as that nor any university. It's not even equivalent to an A level.
