Joining a society Aberystwyth

This is a stupid question but I’m super anxious and not sure what to do.

I know you become a member through the society and volunteering website, but then what? Do I just start showing up to their meetings and stuff?

I feel like maybe I should message them through insta but I have no idea what I would actually say.

Someone please help 🥲

Hi,

I had the same thing happen to me last year. I think it's definatley worth popping them a message on instagram.
The actual society are probably stressed because they've got all these new members. SO a gentle nudge would be fine.

Do you know anyone in the society? No harm dropping them a message to clarify where and when they are meeting 🙂 Many people try joining a few societies before they commit to signing up officially!
