Looking for replacement tenant- RVC student accommodation
I'm looking for someone to replace my tenancy at Mary Brancker House (unite students) in Kentish town since I have decided to move back home for personal reasons. It is £256pw and on the 3rd floor (other 6 flatmates are girls)
It includes:
- tenancy from now until the 5th September 2026
- comfortable three-quater sized bed
- en-suite bathroom (shower, toilet and sink)
- bills included in price
- shared kitchen fitted with ovens, stoves, toaster, kettle, microwave, sinks and 2 fridges
- communal laundry (washing machines and dryers) and common room
- bike storage is available
- 24 hour security and on-site customer service and maintenance teams available to help if you need advice and assistance
Staff are really nice and other flatmates are very kind. About a 20 minute walk from the RVC and close to a tesco, Sainsbury's, iceland and an aldi that is opening soon.
Please note that you must be a student at the RVC in order to live in the building.
