You may have a chance at Liverpool and Leeds, depending on your GCSEs
Unfortunately my school has predicted me a ABB which means none of the dental schools will even consider my application😭 In this situation is it wiser to apply for Dental Hygiene and do a year of hygiene, then retake my UCAT and apply for Dentistry following year? Do dental unis consider this a red flag as I will be looking to dropping out of DHT to join Dentistry?

I'm really sorry for you. I don't think starting a course and then dropping out will be seen favourably. You may as well take a gap year, focus on getting better A-level grades and then reapply with them next year.

The best option is to plan to take a gap year. Do whatever you need to so you get great A levels as many dental schools don't like A level retakes.
In your gap year retake UCAT, most people who retakes UCAT improves their score. Get a job in the gap year that gives you great experience you can talk about at dental school interviews.
Starting a dental nurce apprenticeship is one option for gap year, but you need to advoid laying at the interview while letting them believe they will get a committed employee. You will mostly on the reception desk for the 1st few months before starting the 1 day a week collage teaching.
Don't start a Dental Hygiene course as most dental schools will not consider anyone who failed to complete a past formal couse.
