What to do with unclaimed delivery at uni accom

There’s been Amazon deliveries to my flat recently, but no one recognizes the name on the orders and no one in my flat has claimed it as theirs. I’m not sure if I should give this to the reception or do I return it to a post office. I’m not really sure what to do and have been looking online for suggestions.

Hiya (:

I would give it to the reception of your building, likely just someone accidentally putting the wrong flat number😅 - i would expect they'd keep it for a little, then if unclaimed back to the post office, also they may recgonise the name of the person whose package it is if they live in the building (:

hope this helps 😊

Hi,

As mentioned above, if no one in your flat recognises the deliveries, the best thing is to take them to your accommodation reception. They can handle unclaimed parcels and contact the right owner.

Hope this helps,
