When should I apply to the UK universities for my MA in education?

Hey guys! I have recently graduated from my university Bachelor's Degree in Education, Teaching and am about to start to think about applying for an MA in the UK in this field. Never have worked during student life, an exception for Practicum which is assigned by university. Now, I am employed. The question is should I apply for an MA this year, or gain some experience,at least one year and apply next year, in October? Which is more acceptable and higher in chance to be accepted? ( Gonna apply UCL, Bath, Exeter and Edinburgh)
