Diagnostic Radiography Pre registration (MSc) funding

I am applying for the Diagnostic Radiography Pre registration (MSc) course at University of Suffolk. Regarding the funding for the course, do I apply for a standard postgraduate masters loan, or am I eligable for undergraduate funding? I have seem some posts saying this, but i'm not sure. I already have a degree (BSc) which I got student finance for.
If it is a standard postrgraduate loan, I need to apply by post because I started a course before but had to quit due to serious medical issues. Is this the form I need to use?-

Also, would I be eligable for the NHS training grant and SSP?

Is there anything else you know I could apply for? I have a daughter under 1 and any help would be huge.

An official SFE/SLC rep will be able to confirm this for your specific course on Monday, but pre-reg healthcare masters courses usually receive undergraduate funding so you would apply via the undergraduate (not postgrad) route. If you are applying for entry in September 2026, SFE undergraduate applications usually open in March.

You will be eligible for the training grant and SSP from the NHS LSF. You should also be able to apply for Parental Support payment of £2k per year:

Hi there, if this is the course in question:

MSc Diagnostic Radiography (Pre-registration)
Funding Level : Undergraduate
Study Mode : Full-time
Qualification : Postgraduate Healthcare
Duration : 2 Years
Fees : £9535
Term 1 19/01/26 to 10/04/26
Term 2 27/04/26 to 14/08/26
Term 3 01/09/26 to 19/12/26

Then as previously advised, this would be an undergraduate funded application, therefore you will be able to apply for tuition fees, maintenance loan and supplementary grants. Stephen
