should I apply to Edinburgh?

Hi everyone,
I want to apply to Edinburgh for physics, however my grades are A*A*B while they typically want A*AA. I do qualify for extenuating circumstances (not contextual though), which my school knows about, and my GCSEs were mostly 9s and some 8s. Do I have a chance of being accepted and should I bother applying?
