Balfour Beatty Graduate Scheme

Hi everyone, has anyone else applied to the Balfour Beatty graduate schemes? I just completed my assessments and got 9,10,7,5,7,7,5,7,9,10,9,9 (94 total) and did my VI but haven’t got feedback for that yet.

Tried to chase them up because it's outrageous to air candidates after all the effort they put in.

Got an instant automatic email saying, ''If you are chasing your application, rest assured, the team are looking through them all and you will be contacted in due course, we are not able to provide individual application feedback due to the volume of applications we recieve.''

Genuinely hate this job market and the 18378338 step application process for each and every company only to be ghosted every damn time.
