AQA Lit B NEA/ coursework Poetry Help ( Sylvia Plath and Ariel)

Hi I'm in year 13 and I'm currently in the process of attempting to write my Poetry NEA, centred on around 3-4 Plath poems and focused around the idea of female identity. I was wondering if there were any good exemplars anyone has or any top scoring NEA work of theirs itself ?. I'm also confused on the aspects relating to A04 and A05 especially. If and when i reference and cite critics do they have to be on the exact poems i'm doing or could their analysis on plath in general be acceptable if that fits my argument. I'm also lost on how to incorporate A03 seamlessly.

If anyone knows any good critics on plath in general or in regard to morning song, the applicant or daddy that would be helpful. I struggle with English Lit in general so any advice on the NEA would be appreciated.
