Would I get accepted into Peter Symonds College?

I am currently in year 11 and applying to colleges in my area, and Peter Symonds is my parents favourite as well as my own.

I would love to apply for A level History, Geography and Politics.

However I have been worrying whether I would get accepted into the college with my current GCSEs and my predicted GCSEs.

GCSEs:
History - Grade 7
Engineering - L2D (Grade 7)

Predicted GCSE grades:
English - 6+
Maths - 6+
Science - 6+
Geography - 7
Business Studies - 7
Sociology - (between a 6 or 7 according to my teacher)

Does anyone know if I would be accepted?

Thanks.

GCSEs don't matter for Peter Symonds if you meet requirements (last year was the first year they rejected people who didn't meet requirements, and even then not all of them). I applied with 9999998888 + A and got rejected, they sent me an email highlighting the admissions policy and it's literally just based off of proximity. If you live in or close to Winchester you'll get in.

Hello, so what do you think is the area of acceptance? Waterlooville, Portsmouth?

I have a friend who lives in New Milton and got accepted. If you live in Waterlooville or Portsmouth you'll probably be good.

Thank you. Yes I live north of Waterlooville so that’s great. Thank you

How far away were you then?

I live just under an hour away by car with optimal traffic. School traffic would be 1h 10-20 probably. My friend did an early application and lived at the closest part of New Milton to Winchester (so less than an hour with school traffic and by train even faster).

Yes for me it takes around 40 mins in car on a day with a bit of traffic. The train is about the same amount of time
