Picking A levels and future

Hi im a year 11 picking my A levels and im very conflicted with what to choose as im not sure what i want to study in uni. Im very pasisonate about international relations and human rights however im not really sure what jobs i would do if i pursued those interests - maybe law? My issue is that i dont really understand the different type of degrees and courses especially in the law sector as it can be really varied.
I think im going to go with maths, physics and economics (or politics) for my a levels as that way i can do an engineering degree or study law in the future. I am unsure though because maths physics and economics are all very maths heavy subjects and while i think im pretty good at maths it doesnt interest me that much (but economics and physics do, just not the maths aspects)
This is basically just a rant but if anyone has any advice or if they have heard of any engineers who then did law or international relations and how they did that i'd be very interested.
