I am currently living in Hayloft Point and looking for a replacement tenant to take over my contract.
• Eligibility: You must be a KCL postgraduate student
• Room type: Ensuite room (private bathroom, shared kitchen)
• Contract period: until 12 September 2026
• Weekly rent: £360 (all bills included)
• Location: Hayloft Point, Middlesex Street (near Liverpool Street and Aldgate stations)
• Move-in date: Flexible / to be discussed
