I passed the assessment centre and completed my video interview last night. Anyone know how long it takes to hear back from the video interview?

They're very quick with it. I did my video interview on the 29th September and got rejected on the 2nd October.

I need to do my Video Interview tomorrow [for the Finance Graduate Scheme], I was wondering if you need to know lots about Tesco in particular / their values?

I applied to Marketing so I'm not entirely sure if the questions will be the same but in my interview there were no questions about Tesco or the role and it was all competency questions.

Tesco Head Office isn't the best of places to work. Traditionally is has been a place of office politics and power play.

Applied to software engineering, the questions for that were standard interview ones - got rejected 2 days later🤣

Hi, I also applied for the Cyber Sec scheme and got invited for a video interview. Since u posted a week ago, I'm assuming you have completed it. how were the questions?

No, not yet. It’s nearly been 2 weeks. I don’t know if this is positive or not, given the other responses were quick.

Just got an email saying I passed technical video interview (applied for product management). It’s not an invite to DC though says I have to wait to be shortlisted which isn’t guaranteed.

I heard back today informing me I had passed - email said to just wait and see if I would be shortlisted for the discovery center, so passing it doesn't guarantee you a spot :frown:
