Can I apply to Imperial if I have finished a year of bachelor's in a non-UK uni?

I'd like to apply to physics at Imperial but I have already finished one year of an engineering program at Belgium. Am I still eligible to apply for first year?

Yes, you are.
I know people who have done it (after 1 year at European university) and were successful. You even have a slight advantage as you already have the high school
grades + a year of a university program in a STEM subject.
Good luck!
