Fully furnished: private kitchenette, wardrobe, desk & chair, and bed with mattress—ready to move in.
PRET the manger (caffe) and wait rose are near 1 minute. Also close to the Farringdon station.
Once your tenancy is approved and you’re ready to move in, I’ll vacate immediately—“once you’re in, I’m out,” so you can take the room as soon as possible.
I’m happy to leave a few extras for free—e.g., a rice cooker and any useful kitchen bits—if you’d like them.
