Moore Kingston Smith 2026

Has anyone else gotten to the video interview stage and knows what sorts of questions to expect and what the gamified assessment part is like? I applied to the audit media sector for a March 2026 start.

think it will be hire vue, the games are easy in my opinion. the video interview will be hard im assuming - prepare for questions which are weird too like a time a stranger helped you out blah blah

Yeah I did it a couple of months ago, it was very easy just the generic questions, game was pretty easy too. They were good with responding as well

Are the questions like normal strengths and behaviours or like these weird questions 'which person dead or alive would u want to have a conversation with' lol

You should expect questions about teamwork, problem-solving, and motivation that are based on your skills, as well as simple logic or pattern games that test your attention and ability to adapt.

Thought they were fairly simple, found that I could easily answer from my experiences thru uni and working part time. They were really good with communication and found their team to be one of the nicest, got to final interview for march intake but unfortunately no longer able to move to London to had to withdraw

Were the questions situational/reflective such as “think about a time when” type of questions ?

All the questions were the typical tell me a time when questions. There were no motivational questions.

a few have told me they did the video interview and got rejected shortly after (like 3-4 days later), so im guessing not having a rejection yet is a good sign hopefully

Most likely we haven't been rejected just they are filtering through video interviews, but to be honest the response time for MKS compared to other apprenticeships are wearisome. Its been nearly 3 weeks...

I did the VI and games the day before you and got rejected on the 20th. Maybe it is a good sign that you haven't heard anything back yet

How many questions were there? and would you say the hirevue questions were normal such as "tell me a time you demonstrated leadership skills" etc. If u have any examples from your VI it would be much appreciated.
