Last year in high school and im feeling lonely

I’ve been Lonley throughout my whole high school life and I decided that in my final year I’ll try to make some friends , I tried to become confident and start conversations with my classmates but in the end nothing worked cause they all found me to be weird and a loner . So how do I survive the next 8 months ?
