Since when is there a waitlist for this

Maybe waitlist is the wrong term officially, but a 'you're not a top pick but we don't want to reject you just yet'. I don't know, that's why I said 'I'm guessing'.

I've just had my email through confirming I passed the online tests and inviting me to an online assessment center. I got excelling and refining for context and completed the tests about a week ago.

What schemes

Reply 323

I got refining for both online tests and just logged in and it said Congratulations, you’ve passed this section

Yep I’m in the same boat unfortunately with excelling and refining, hopefully some of us end up making it through and good luck to everyone already through

Correct me if I'm wrong but I don't remember selecting location preferences during the application process so far. Does this usually happen after you have been offered a place on your desired scheme?

Yes

I don't think it means anything other than they haven't looked at all the results yet lol

Has anyone actually been rejected yet though?

Got Excelling for WBS and Developing for CS and I haven't heard back yet.

Did:
Science & Engineering
Government Social Res
Government Policy

Feedback for WBS:

How can I better consider the feelings of my colleagues?
Can I adapt my behaviour to better manage conflicts?
In what ways can I support other people’s development in line with their needs?

Feedback for CS:

When I use data and information, am I looking at it holistically and understanding the bigger picture in order to make informed decisions?
When working with others, am I fully utilising my interpersonal skills to maximise the potential of team work?
How can I push myself to achieve excellent results, regardless of the situation and its difficulties?
What can I do to adapt to developments efficiently and work at pace to deliver results?

I hope my combination and the fact science and engineering is one of the less competitive out of the schemes can squeak me through

Don’t think so

Just found out I passed, got (refining, refining) which is nice, so anyone who got Excellent should be in a good position. However I have no clue what the additional information section is about. Is it interview questions that I can be knocked out for, or more like how long I've resided in the UK.

What did you get in your feedback for the work based scenarios and case study? I got excelling and refining respectively.

This is what I got! But I’ve only applied for the HR fs

what streams did you go for? replies like these are giving me hope but i'm scared the ones i went for are gonna be way too selective 😭

Has anyone heard back for Policy, project delivery or operational delivery yet? I got Excelling and refining but haven’t heard anything and no indication of if I’ve passed or not yet.

Yeah same here, still waiting

Only just completed the Workbased Scenarios test and got refining. Found it very difficult, thought I'd be ok as I did quite well in the HMRC TSP equivalent (86th percentile), but I found this one significantly harder

I applied for Project delivery, Policy and operational delivery. Which are less competitive compared to most of them. I also haven't been accept on any yet, still says in progress.
