I applied for Project delivery, Policy and operational delivery. Which are less competitive compared to most of them. I also haven't been accept on any yet, still says in progress.

That's fair, I did Diplomacy and Development, Project Delivery, and Government Policy. I didn't check the success rates for last year until I completed the assessments, and then kicked myself a bit for picking a stream with 0.4% success rate (Diplo) as my number 1 lol. Got Refining for both assessments.

I am also still waiting with excelling and refining, for policy, commercial and finance. It's been two weeks, next Wednesday is D-Day though, 99.9% of initial tests will be done.

I am a little surprised nobody has been rejected, a fair few got the message long before the closing date last year.

As I said before, whilst policy has a (relatively) high acceptance rate, the lack of a final selection board means the score needed here will be pretty high.

missed out on the summer internship last year but back to apply for fast stream proper! got excelling, refining (better than my scores last year) and haven't heard back yet, but feeling a little more positive than i was before knowing that people have gotten acceptances with refining, refining. applied for HoP, Policy, and GSR.

Got Excelling for WBS and Developing for CS and I haven't heard back yet.
Did:
Science & Engineering
Government Social Res
Government Policy
Feedback for WBS:
How can I better consider the feelings of my colleagues?
Can I adapt my behaviour to better manage conflicts?
In what ways can I support other people’s development in line with their needs?
Feedback for CS:
When I use data and information, am I looking at it holistically and understanding the bigger picture in order to make informed decisions?
When working with others, am I fully utilising my interpersonal skills to maximise the potential of team work?
How can I push myself to achieve excellent results, regardless of the situation and its difficulties?
What can I do to adapt to developments efficiently and work at pace to deliver results?
I hope my combination and the fact science and engineering is one of the less competitive out of the schemes can squeak me through

You got the same feedback as me for WBS, but I only got refining - obvious it's brief and the feedback doesn't really give you an accurate indication of how I did

ditto, double refining, no response yet.

If you don't hear back by the end of next week it will probably be a rejection. We go again next year.

Got the same result and schemes and haven't heard back either but I don't think anyone has from policy or HoP yet, at least not on here? Last year I was rejected on the 13th of November so I think we'll hear soon either way

Yeah I was around the same in 2024, you're probably right about our schemes having no results. I haven't seen much about commercial in particular.

I'll remain hopeful, but I've interviewed for two other CS roles in the past 6 weeks and both have pushed their results dates back! I am a bit frustrated at this moment, which is unusual for me.

On another note, I could spend 3000 words discussing how opaque the process is, between the vague scoring system, the actual number of appointments and when we each get invited to the next stage, among other things. I'd be absolutely lost without this site and the Reddit thread.
