I’ve enrolled with Oxbridge and paid £1,700 few months ago. I received all my course assignments and everything but now I can’t get through to them. Anyone know how I can get through to them. I’ve called, emailed and sent inquiry forms too.

Bad news is they’ve gone into administration, many people are having the same issue. The best thing you can likely do is contact your bank.

They’ve gone into administration due to them being in debt, please contact your bank. If you paid by debit card they maybe be able to give your payment back if it’s been under 120 days. If you paid by credit card then read into section 75 to see if you’re eligible. For any other options please call them up and explain your situation.

There’s no way of getting predicted grades, your assignments marked or tutor support. You’ll only have access to your course content until July of 2026, so download any assignments that you’ve completed so far. I would also recommend you download all course content so that you have it on hand during the meantime.

You’ll need to look for alternate providers and email them to ask if they can transfer credits/take your already completed assignments so that you are able to continue. Just steer clear from the home learning company trading as Barston College, it’s owned by the same CEO.
