Hi there,
That’s a good question.
Medicine courses, including at Queen’s University Belfast (QUB) very rarely go into Clearing because they fill all their places through the standard UCAS application cycle, as is the same for most competitive courses at Russel group uni's.
It’s uncommon for any UK medical school to offer vacancies through Clearing, even for very strong candidates.

If you have achieved 4 A stars and a high UCAT score, that’s an excellent academic profile and would make you a very competitive applicant in the next regular UCAS cycle, but you’re unlikely to be able to apply successfully for Medicine through Clearing, however, there's no harm in trying though!

As for GCSEs, QUB and all other Uni's do score them as part of their selection process, but strong A-levels and UCAT results will offset weaker GCSE profiles in normal entry. In life whenever you apply for the next level, recruiters will mainly judge you off your highest level of achievement at present, so when applying to university, that will be your A levels.

If you’re set on Medicine, I’d recommend contacting QUB Admissions directly for advice about your eligibility and considering applying in the next UCAS cycle rather than relying on Clearing.

Best wishes,

No you won’t be able to, but I think uni of Bedfordshire might be just about your level so u should apply there

Preplanning a gap year so you start UCAT study and job finding the day after your last A level exam will put you ahead of most other students.
