Where did my C01 go on the evidence page changed universities

i just changed universities but i never enrolled into the first university i was going to i changed during clearing uploaded the C01 form 2 weeks ago came to check for any updates and now i cant even see the CO1 form that i uploaded says nothing uploaded but on my emails it says i have uploaded my evidence that i submitted 2 weeks ago

Hi there,

It's not normally a problem if you can no longer see the form you're uploaded, so that shouldn't be a problem.

Can you please tell us on what date you uploaded this? We're currently processing these forms in 17 working days.

Hi there,

Based on what you have advised, it should be roughly processed 21/10. Our timescales are estimates and can change daily up or down depending on how busy we are. If the team need anything else they will email you, it may go to your junk folder.

Once updated and approved, this will reflect online.
