I am not certain what criteria that you used to select your options but you could consider Manchester and Surrey Uni.

I based it mainly off accommodation prices and if they were icheme accredited and their labs

Ok. Maybe consider switching for Manchester and Surrey. Manchester has one of the best Chem Eng departments in the country.
