Tenancy takeover - ST LUKES VIEW LIVERPOOL

Hello, I’m hoping somebody will take over my tenancy in St Luke’s View. I’m on the 7th floor in a flat of 6 room b and the number of the flat is 711. My room is a double en suite with a beautiful view of both the cathedral and the church. The rent is currently £177 per week and the building has a large common room area and is very modern. Hii! Is the first instalment for this already paid for and what date is the stay upto?

Hiii! The rent has been paid for the first installment but once you move in you’d have to pay from that date I believe. And the check out date is The 4th of July 2026
