Accom Takeover Liverpool St Luke’s View

Hello, I’m hoping somebody will take over my tenancy in St Luke’s View. I’m on the 7th floor in a flat of 6 room b and the number of the flat is 711. My room is a double en suite with a beautiful view of both the cathedral and the church. The rent is currently £177 per week and the building has a large common room area and is very modern.
