Please help - home office pay impacting lateral transfer

I am moving from DWP to the Home Office. I’ve completed all my check and my start date is agreed for in a couple of weeks. I’ve been trying to get my wage confirmed in order to complete the cset form but I’ve now just received an email saying no wages can be confirmed due to the home office rewards (I.e. pay rise and mark time allowance) not being confirmed. Is this going to affect my start date? I’ve already handed my notice in.
