ULIP Applicants 2025 post!

Hi everyone! I’m applying for French with IR at University of London Institute in Paris and didn’t realise I needed to do an interview! Just making this post for anyone else applying this year, and if anyone applied last year I’d love to know what your experience was like :biggrin:

Hi! im currently a 2nd year at ULIP. The interview is not as scary as it sounds, it's just a handful of questions e.g. why Paris? etc. and doesn't last very long at all, so you will be fine 🙂

Congrats!! Err, I’ll be honest not really, I just saw it and thought it looked awesome. My PS is for German and Linguistics, but I do French too and wanted to keep my options open, and I think ULIP just has to be the best place for it. I honestly can’t imagine I’ll get an offer since they’ll guaranteed to ask “what are you doing with this chaotic application” and I’ll just have to be like “um yeah about that” LMAO. An interview’s an interview though, and it’s a great opportunity to get to talk to a professor 🤷*♂️ Best of luck with your other offers and exams!

I had my interview on Thursday, then received an offer on the Monday.

It was pretty soon after! I can’t remember exactly but you won’t be waiting long. I thought my interview went reaaaally badly especially the French speaking part but I still got in! 🙂 I decided to firm a different uni but ULIP looked so cool too so good luck!!

Hi, I got an offer for both international pol and international pol with French, hoping to firm one (haven’t decided which one yet). I just signed up for the open day in March, has anyone else? ☺️
