Dentistry applications - extenuating circumstances

Hi, just wanted some clarification on the difference between contextual and extenuating circumstances.
My brother was diagnosed with a serious illness and I took on caring responsibilities throughout yr12 and I would deffo say it impacted my UCAT and it’s on my reference.
My ucat is 2020 band 2
Would universities take into account these extenuating circumstances and lower my ucat threshold by any chance?

For context am applying to Leeds, Liverpool, Dundee and QM(but I’m contextual for Barts)
And I got GCSEs 9998877776
A*A*A predicted

AFAIK, extenuating circumstances are only relevant for GCSE and A-level grades, resits etc, not for UCAT.
Although your carer responsibilities may qualify you as contextual which then gives you a lower UCAT requirement at most unis.
