I can’t see why you’d be cooked.
If you wrote it yourself, is there any reason why you bothered to run it through AI checkers in the first place?

I keep repeating it, but if you wrote the statement yourself then these services are pointless.
It's like panicking that your dog isn't real because a checker told you a picture of it had a 10% AI match.
