Edinburgh Computer science/Artificial Intelligence Msc

I'm in my third year studying ai at the uni of Kent. I would like to go to Edinburgh to study a Msc. With a 69.75 in my 2nd year is it possible to get in? I'm confident in getting a much higher mark this year and I will graduate with a first, but will they care where my degree came from as Kent isn't that highly ranked?
If not Edinburgh do you have any other recommendations?
