I got a low ucat + resat year 12, where should I apply?

Hello. My predicted grades are A*A*A (Chemistry, Sociology, Biology) + B in EPQ. 8888777776 (8 in Biology, Chemistry, German, Geography. 7 in Physics, History, RS, Maths, English Literature. 6 in English Language) I resat Year 12 as my previous school did not allow me to continue to Year 13 as I did not reach the grade threshold in the summer exams, so I had to move to a different school and I changed my subjects, but kept Biology. Furthermore, I had symptoms of ADHD at the time, but my previous school did not support me adequately, so I found that I was never able to finish my exams in the given time. I am not officially diagnosed, as the process is very long and expensive, however I have a letter from my GP. Because of this, I transferred to a state sixth form, where I restarted Year 12 with improved support and a new subject combination. I achieved 1650/2700 band 3 in my UCAT. I have done various work experiences, such as a week in hospital shadowing doctors in the paediatrics department, a week in GP, various online webinars, attended a Mock MMI Event by KCL ACMS, I am part of UCL’s Target Medicine Mentoring Scheme, and am doing Volunteering every week at King’s College Hospital as a Mealtime Support Volunteer. Furthermore, I am eligible for WP as I have Free School Meals in Sixth Form (not in Secondary School), first to go to university from my family, low performing state Sixth Form, below average salary, post code. Although, I did go to a private school in secondary. Which universities can I apply to in the UK, even with foundation year I don't mind. Any replies are appreciated.
