I applied a while ago and haven't received anything other than the confirmation that I had applied

I've had lots of video interviews but I seem to get rejected from them pretty quickly so I must be doing something wrong each time without realising which is disheartening. Maybe one day I'll finally pass a video interview.

I’ve heard sometimes they auto reject them people they’ve got too many applicants that the system can’t handle. I’m not even getting to the interview stage for most, so I feel your frustration. When you say “quickly” how long after your VI do you get the email? Just curious

Usually within like 5 days. I only learnt relatively recently that the video interviews are marked by AI as they convert what you say into a transcript and mark based off that. However, some companies claim that the videos are seen by humans.

Just to let you know that they have made the final shortlist of candidates and submitted to the hiring managers.

Are they sending out AC invites ?
