You might be able to get a referee to include something like that in their reference for you

Hello,
I took my ESAT today and was told to read this document: https://www.pearsonvue.com/content/dam/VUE/vue/global/documents/candidate-rules/candidate-rules-agreement.pdf

Point 13 details telling the TA in the case of distraction. I don't believe the website says anything about what to do after the event. I would get into contact with the Pearson VUE call center or email.

If you already have a case number Pearson VUE FAQs say:
Q. I have an issue on test day. What should I do?
A. Please inform the test administrator as soon as the issue occurs. A case will be filed, with most cases investigated and resolved within 3-5 business days.

so I guess all you can do is wait.

I believe all test centres are fitted with audio and video cameras so I'm sure you're case will be resolved soon.

Wish you the best of luck, despite the distraction!

There's also a section in the cambridge specific application form, called 'Additional information' where you could mention the distraction..

Anyways how did it go? I found it much harder than past papers so I’m feeling worried

I didn't mind it. Not happy nor disappointed. Did just as good as my practices which meant I only got til question like 20ish until I ran out of time. I feel like the questions were easier than ENGAA and NSAT papers, but there were a lot more of them.

Definitely feel like it will help me moving forward though, with actual A level exams
