Should I switch media to physcology

I do media sociology and health and social care
I enjoy sociology a lot and I just got my media test back and I didn’t do very well. I don’t really understand how to write the questions properly. I think I prefer the social sciences because they’re more specific if that makes sense
But it might be too late to switch and I don’t know if it’s worth switching to physcology. Also it’s probably full
Are there any other alevels which might be good
Thanks

Hiya! (:

I'm sorry to hear you've been finding parts of the course tricky - im scottish so no a-levels for me, but i know the jump from N5's (scottish gcses equivilant) to highers felt insane at the time!🥲

I would reccomend having a chat with your teacher, explaing how your finding it so far and seeing if theres any support they'd be able to offer - anything like extra study support, just generally how to answer questions in that exam style! - they are there to help and will be more than happy to assist (:

If your enjoying it, thats the main thing - if there's something else like psycology you feel you may enjoy the content more of, its worth having a look into the course content & how the exams are strucutred, but if its more so the exam's being tricky i wouldnt be changing to something else - would likely just be more stressful catching up since the year has already started! - obviously though its your decision on what you want to do! - maybe also going through your test with your teacher and getting some feedback so you know where you've went wrong & how to improve for the next time!😊

hope this helps, best of luck!!
